"I enjoyed coming here and don't want to go home!"

Spark! II was an exciting two day creative event for young learning disabled people held at the West Yorkshire Playhouse in March.

Young people were given the opportunity to work with professional artists using digital arts, dance and interactive sound exploring the theme of Spring. The event used these artforms to develop confidence and self-esteem, supporting them to enhance and develop their existing skills, as well as gaining new experiences and abilities.

The event culminated in a sharing for all of the participants and their support workers to celebrate the work that had been achieved.
