Participants took part in a creative writing and radio production project throughout January, February and March 2010. The group learnt skills in script writing, creating podcasts and soundscapes and producing and presenting a radio show. The aim of the project was to challenge stigma around mental health issues inspired by the Time To Change campaign. The project culminated in a one hour live radio show which was thought provoking, moving, poignant as well as being funny. This was an enormously successful project and we are looking into extend the idea of a regular radio show. The project was led by Becky Cherriman with the radio production expertise supplied by Lifeforce Productions.
